your shipping address is accurate and complete, as we cannot be held responsible
for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Domestic Shipping (Within South Africa)

We ship to all provinces within South Africa. Once your order has been dispatched,
you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can
use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the courier's
website.

International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within South Africa.


Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, rather
than the date of order. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays
may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs
inspections, or high parcel volumes during peak seasons.

Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your order at the time of delivery, the courier will
typically attempt re-delivery or leave a notice with instructions for collection from a
local depot. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or collection as per the
courier's instructions. Failure to do so may result in the order being returned to us,
and additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged or Lost Orders
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please

courier and work towards a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement
or refund. Please retain all original packaging and damaged items for inspection
purposes.
